Project Scope

Ground-Up
This new six-story mixed-use building includes offices on the first three floors and a 94-room AC Hotel on the upper levels. The exterior envelope incorporates brick, cast stone, EIFS, storefront glazing, EPDM roof, and a porte cochere.
Foundation Prep
To support the building’s foundations, a ground improvement system was implemented to enhance soil stability. The structure consists of a structural steel frame for floors 1-4, with cold-formed steel framing from floors 5-roof.
Amenities
Hotel amenities include a fitness center, lounge, and event rooms.
