3 Crossings The Stacks Medical Equipment R&D

Project Scope

Fit-Out
This project involved a two-building fit-out for a medical R&D company. The facility serves as an innovation center by providing an engaging environment for developing next-generation surgical robotic platforms.
R&D Labs
Building D work included space dedicated to R&D of a NAVIO surgical system consisting of workshops, a BioSkills Cadaver Lab, R&D lab, offices, meeting rooms, cafe, and ancillary space. Epoxy flooring was installed in the labs. Building E included a workshop, offices, meeting rooms, cafe, and ancillary space.
Craftworks USA
The project required modifying the building’s steel to support a three-story open staircase. Rycon’s Craftworks USA encased the structure in custom woodwork.
