Tractor Supply Company Pelzer

This ground-up build featured concrete foundations, CMU walls, metal framing, standing seam roof, and storefront. Interior finishes and life safety systems were installed, with MEPs completed under a design-build scope. Site work covered grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Big Blue Swim School

These projects consisted of one new shell and (3) interior fit-outs. The shell included site work, CMU and steel structure, EIFS, TPO roof, and wave-inspired signage. Interior work featured a custom pool with mechanical systems, restrooms, reception, finishes, and MEPs.

Chick-fil-A Villa Rica

Rycon built a ground-up standalone restaurant on a fast-track schedule. The structure is wood-framed with a brick veneer and aluminum storefront. Interior work included flooring installation, wood wainscoting, coordination of kitchen equipment installation, and all associated MEPs.

Total Wine & More Washington, DC

This first-floor fit-out required coordination due to limited site access. Work included concrete, steel, finishes, doors, and refrigeration. The space features an education room, wine cellar, beer cooler, and cigar humidor. Ductwork was built on site, and MEPs were routed around existing utilities.

PGA Tour Superstore Buckhead

A vacant furniture store has been transformed into a PGA TOUR Superstore. The renovated space features (3) golf simulator bays and (2) fitting studios enclosed with DIRTT glass wall systems. Work included demo, MEP upgrades, minor structural work, finishes, and turf flooring.

Extra Space Storage Kihei

Rycon was the design-builder for this climate-controlled self-storage facility featuring 353 lockers across four single-story drive-up buildings comprised of structural steel, cold-formed framing, split-face block, EIFS, and metal roofing. The scope utilities, concrete, MEP systems, and site work.

First Look MRI Gainesville

This build-out included concrete, framing, finishes, and MEPs. Spaces include reception, break room, restrooms, laundry, and MRI. The RF wall involved a new 4” slab over vapor barrier, gypsum board, and insulation. The MRI room features a 12” isolation slab, electrical, and RF shielding.

This interior build-out on the fourth floor of the occupied Star Metals Office included selective demo, new finishes, partitions, casework, and MEP systems. The new layout features sophisticated design with a showroom, offices, meeting rooms, library, coffee bar, and restrooms.
