Ground-Up
Rycon built a ground-up standalone restaurant on a fast-track schedule.
Wood Frame
The structure is wood-framed with a brick veneer and aluminum storefront. Interior work included flooring installation, wood wainscoting, coordination of kitchen equipment installation, and all associated MEPs.
Repeat Client
