Rycon completed Chick-fil-A projects nationwide. Some of the work was awarded directly by the family-owned restaurant, and others were on higher education campuses involving “express” locations.

This structural steel single-story hospital features rehab gyms, 42 patient rooms across (4) wings, treatment rooms, kitchen/dining, and pharmacy. Site work included a retaining wall and a therapy garden. VE efforts led to a cost-effective garden redesign to be used in future projects.

This renovation modernized the 102-year-old building, added new food hall concepts and expanded seating. Work included modern MEP systems, terrazzo flooring, a 4,500 sf addition with social staircase, elevator, rooftop terrace, and custom millwork by Rycon’s Craftworks USA.

Rycon managed the construction of new Starbucks shell buildings, along with many fit-outs and renovations nationwide.

Rycon completed construction and renovation projects, including work on active military bases, Naval Air Stations, and higher education campuses. These nationwide projects typically involved full-scale renovations of food court venues or standalone buildings. Scope included demo, MEP rough-ins, concrete work, site improvements for drive-thru lanes, casework and millwork, coordination of food service equipment, finishes, drywall, signage, roofing, kitchen hood systems with rooftop exhaust, and rubber flooring in back-of-house areas. Most projects were completed on fast-track schedules.

Rycon completed multiple tenant fit-outs for revolving sushi bars, ranging from 3,300 to 4,000 sf, each featuring handmade sushi delivered via a conveyor belt.

This new single-story facility features a concrete foundation with CMU and structural steel. It includes 12 private patient rooms with restrooms, along with family amenities such as lounges, dining, and staff support space. Site work included utilities, emergency generator, parking, and landscaping.

Rycon completed two restaurant fit-outs within the Terminal D Extension while the base building was still under construction. Work required coordination with other contractors, airport operations, and TSA security protocols. Flytes features over 10 food brands.

This six-story mixed-use building features offices on the three floors and a 94-room AC Hotel above. The exterior includes brick, cast stone, EIFS, glazing, and porte cochere. A ground improvement system stabilized the foundation. Amenities include fitness center, lounge, and event rooms.
