Ground-Up

This new facility was constructed on a concrete foundation and slab with CMU walls, structural steel, joists and metal deck, standing seam metal roof, storefront glazing, stucco, siding, paint, and associated infrastructure. Situated on a 2.9‑acres, the single‑story facility was designed to accommodate a future expansion of four additional patient rooms.

12 Private Rooms

The facility includes 12 private patient rooms each with its own restroom. Family‑focused amenities include outdoor spaces, lounges, quiet rooms, a large dining area, and children’s area. Back‑of‑house spaces include supply rooms, nurses stations, kitchen, conference room, and offices.

Site Work

Site work included demo, grading, storm drainage, utilities, emergency generator, pergola, porte cochere, sidewalks, curbs, pavers, landscaping, an asphalt parking lot, and grease trap.
