Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder on this renovation. Larson Karle Architects was the designer.
Renovation
Interior work included a complete demolition and fit-out with significant floor leveling, new finishes, walls, ceilings, fixtures, MEP, and HVAC systems. Exterior work included storefront modifications, concrete at the receiving area, delivery doors, and delivery canopy.
