Rycon has completed nationwide construction services for the entire Dick’s Sporting Goods family of businesses including Dick’s Sporting Goods’, House of Sport, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, Public Lands, Going Going Gone, and their corporate headquarters.

Work included demo, refrigeration, MEP systems, finishes, refrigerated wine cellar, beer cooler, and climate-controlled cigar humidor equipped with specialized humidity controls. Exterior upgrades included facade cleaning, lighting, signage, storefront enhancements, and a delivery ramp.

Rycon was responsible for the conversion of empty former retail spaces into new Burlington stores. This renovations primarily consisted of interior demolition, new storefront entries, loading docks, MEP system upgrades, new elevators and escalators, interior partitions, installation of AHUs, and finishes. Some work also included core/shell reconfiguration, site utilities, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades.

Rycon was responsible for converting vacant retail spaces into new HomeGoods stores.

These projects included new dealerships, storage lots, and service centers using PEMB systems or steel framing. Renovations brought updates to service, showrooms, and storage. Exterior work included facade upgrades, entrance enhancements, signage, and parking lot improvements.

Existing stores were renovated for The Fresh Market with deli, meat/seafood, produce/floral, and bakery, plus coolers and freezers. Back-of-house work included prep, receiving, and equipment platform. Exterior upgrades included a grease trap, recycling, sanitary service, and rooftop units.

Projects included renovations to existing ALDI stores, with new tower-style storefront and building expansions, as well as conversions of former Winn-Dixie supermarkets into new ALDI stores. All projects involved demo, MEP and HVAC upgrades, storefront enhancements, and new finishes.

Rycon constructed multiple ground-up indoor shooting ranges as well as a retail conversion.

These renovations typically included demo, MEP upgrades, and finishes. Three of the four projects were completed in occupied stores, with phased construction and temporary barricades. Interior layouts were reconfigured and introduced new golf simulator and practice bays.
