Project Scope

Conversions
Rycon was responsible for the conversion of empty former retail spaces into new Burlington stores.
MEP Upgrades
This renovations primarily consisted of interior demolition, new storefront entries, loading docks, MEP system upgrades, new elevators and escalators, interior partitions, installation of AHUs, and finishes.
Site/Exterior Work
Some work also included core/shell reconfiguration, site utilities, landscaping, new roof, and parking lot upgrades.
