Project Scope

Nationwide Service
Rycon completed nationwide construction services for the entire Dick’s Sporting Goods family of businesses including Dick’s Sporting Goods, House of Sport, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream, Public Lands, Going Going Gone, and corporate HQ.
Ground-Up
Ground-up and/or redevelopment projects typically included the demolition and reconstruction of former anchor stores within active shopping centers. House of Sport locations featured an outdoor turf field and running track.
Renovations
The interior renovation work primarily involved departmental/branding upgrades within occupied DSG’s. Several Golf Galaxy projects were part of a rollout featuring new golf simulators.
