Ground-Up
This new building was constructed with concrete footings and slab, masonry CMU, foamed-in-place insulation, cold-formed metal framing with light-gauge metal trusses, a standing seam roof, metal panels, canopies, and storefront systems.
Project Scope
Design-Build MEP
Interior work featured doors, frames, hardware, overhead doors, drywall/framing, acoustical ceilings, paint, FRP, polished concrete, epoxy flooring, millwork, fire sprinkler/alarm, and MEPs, which were completed as a design-build scope.
Extensive Site Work
Extensive site work included demolition, grading, utility installation, erosion control, retaining wall, detention ponds, specialty septic tank system, asphalt and concrete paving, striping, landscaping, and curb installation.
