Project Scope

Renovation
This renovation included selective demo and installation of new MEP underslab piping with concrete work, wall framing, MEP upgrades, insulation, drywall, paint, flooring, and ceiling tile.
Bank Interiors
The renovated space features an ATM vestibule, customer zone, manager’s office, open office area, break room, janitor’s closet, and restrooms.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated multiple custom elements including a concierge desk, teller desk, mural wall, and casework for the vestibule and breakroom.
