Project Scope

Fit-Out
In Building 3 of Homestead Commerce Park, this project involved a build‑out, including 11,500 sf of office space and 4,100 sf of warehouse space. Work included new partitions, furring walls, casework, interior finishes, MEP upgrades, installation of new RTUs, and added access control.
Office Interiors
The office area features a lobby, break room/kitchen, conference rooms, team rooms with a sound‑reducing operable wall, restrooms, offices, storage, and a mail room.
Warehouse Space
The warehouse area includes laundry, a bed‑clean area, a break room, cylinder storage, a wash‑down area, an office, and general storage.
