Project Scope

Demo & Fit-Out
Existing grocery stores were selectively demolished and built-out for The Fresh Market.
Kitchen & BOH
The stores have departments for deli, meat/seafood, produce/floral, and bakery with coolers and freezers. Back-of-house work included prep areas, receiving, and equipment platforms.
Exterior Upgrades
Exterior items consisted of grease traps and storage, sanitary service, recycling bins and rooftop items included new exhaust fans, RTUs, and condensing units.
