Project Scope

Ground-Up
These new structural steel and masonry buildings were constructed on one (1) acre of land and the exterior design included natural stone. The Palm Beach Gardens store served as the prototype, setting the standard for all future Tire Kingdom stores to follow with its state-of-the-art design.
Auto Service
The service centers featured eight (8) bays, business areas, digital feature wall, children’s area, enhanced concession area, and a waiting area with an open view of the service bays.
Site Work
The scope of work included hardscaping, landscaping, and utilities.
