Project Scope

Ground-Up
These new structures are pre-engineered steel and glass tunnel car wash systems. The facilities includes 16 vacuum stations and incorporate water reclamation tanks and oil/grit separators to recycle water efficiently.
Site Work
Typical scope included demolition of existing structures, site grading and stabilization, installation of underground detention and reclaim systems, utilities, and concrete foundations. Work involved coordination of the structure erection, storefront installation, MEPs, and interior finishes.
DOT Requirements
Additional work included DOT traffic coordination, sanitary connections, and a deceleration lane.
