Project Scope

Nationwide Service
Rycon completed Chick-fil-A projects nationwide. Some of the work was awarded directly by the family-owned restaurant, and others were on higher education campuses involving “express” locations.
Project Diversity
Rycon has worked with Chick-fil-A’s New Restaurant Group and Strategic Reinvestment Teams on projects including ground-up builds, full refreshes, back-of-house upgrades, drive-thru canopies, site improvements, and HVAC enhancements.
Consistent Delivery
Rycon promotes project alignment through internal mentorship, team check-ins, and a company-wide Chick-fil-A handbook fostering shared insights, applied lessons, and consistent standards across all Rycon teams and offices.
