Nationwide Service
Rycon managed the construction of new Starbucks shell buildings, along with many fit-outs and renovations nationwide.
Occupied Renovations
These projects were completed in diverse, occupied environments such as higher education campuses, medical centers, hotels, office lobbies, and naval bases.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope primarily included coordination of kitchen equipment, back-of-house upgrades, HVAC and MEP improvements, and high-quality interior finishes.
