Project Scope

Ground-Up
These new multi-story self-storage facilities are constructed using a range of building systems, including pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel with cold-formed metal framing.
Multi-Building
Each project included a single-story office building. Select locations also incorporated retail shell spaces or additional standalone self-storage buildings.
Climate-Controlled
Self-storage lockers of various sizes and warehouse space makeup the interiors of the climate-controlled facilities. Work also included comprehensive site development.
