Project Scope

Renovations
Select projects included renovations to existing ALDI locations for refreshed and modernized stores. Work featured the replacement of storefronts with new tower-style entries and, where required, the expansion of building footprints.
Conversions
Other projects involved the conversion of former Winn-Dixie supermarkets into new ALDI stores. These transformations included interior and exterior upgrades to meet ALDI brand standards while adapting existing structures for new use.
Infrastructure
Located across Florida, all projects involved demolition and extensive MEP and HVAC system upgrades. Scopes included storefront enhancements and updated interior finishes.
