Project Scope

Fast-Track Schedules
These upgrades were completed to bring multiple AHN pharmacies into full USP 797 and USP 800 compliance. All seven sites followed fast-track schedules to meet the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy mandate without delay.
Cleanrooms
The scope included major HVAC upgrades to meet USP requirements for air changes and room pressurization as well as hygienic floor and wall covering installations to meet cleanroom standards.
Phased
Work was carefully to maintain dependent activities and keep existing pharmacies fully operational with zero downtime.
