Project Scope

Climate-Controlled
These projects involved the new construction or renovation of climate-controlled self-storage warehouses across Texas.
PEMB
The ground-up structures are one-story pre-engineered metal buildings and range in size from 11,400 sf to 43,800 sf each. Work on the sites also included concrete, storm drains, and fire tanks.
Renovation
The Arlington project was a 50,000 sf remodel of a vacant warehouse into a new self-storage facility.
