Project Scope

Renovations
Rycon was responsible for converting vacant retail spaces into new HomeGoods stores.
MEP Upgrades
The renovations primarily included selective interior demolition, upgrades to MEP systems, construction of new interior partitions and drywall, and installation of new finishes.
Facade Improvements
Exterior improvements included facade cleaning and painting, new lighting, storefront entry modifications, and new doors.
