Project Scope

Ground-Up
Rycon completed ground-up supermarkets across several states. The stores commonly feature pharmacies, prepared food areas with accommodating seating, and beer/wine areas. Additionally, several new GetGo Cafe + Markets included site prep, structural build, and interior fit-outs.
Sustainability
A standout feature at the Indiana store is its LEED Gold Certification, highlighted by 447 Solatube daylighting devices that illuminate 75% of the space, significantly reducing the need for electric lighting during daylight hours.
Renovation
Renovation work was typically performed while stores remained open, focusing on departmental upgrades
