Project Scope

Renovations
Rycon was awarded improvement projects for Humana across the U.S., delivering modern, functional healthcare spaces tailored to the needs of both patients and staff.
Infrastructure
The work included interior renovations of medical clinics and office spaces with new interior finishes along with storefront upgrades. Infrastructure improvements focused on enhancing HVAC and MEP systems.
Emergency Generators
Rycon executed multiple design-build contracts for the installation of emergency generators at Humana-owned health care facilities including Conviva Care Centers (CCC), Partners in Primary Care (PIPC), and Family Physicians Group (FPG) with locations throughout Florida and Texas.
