Project Scope
Large Conversion
At Monroeville Mall in Pennsylvania, Rycon converted a former three-story Boscov’s into a new two-story JCPenney. The project included an addition of a new loading dock and receiving area.
Tenant Improvements
Additional projects included department relocations, optical centers, cashier checkout stations, salons, and coordinated beauty department roll-outs which were often executed simultaneously to meet aggressive schedules.
