Ground-Up
Rycon was awarded this fast-track project through a partnered delivery approach. The foundations were designed to bridge the remains of the old steel mills using auger cast piles. The exterior features precast concrete panels.

Parking Garage
The four-story facility includes a 160-space parking garage on the first and second levels. The upper floors provide office space with conference rooms, lounges, press room, fitness center, and interrogation rooms. The site features a sally port.
Security
Security was a key focus, with strict clearance protocols for personnel to meet high-security requirements.
