Project Scope

Ground-Up
This ground-up single-story hospital is comprised of structural steel, metal studs, drywall, and MEP systems. The exterior is storefront with EIFS and brick veneer.
Rehab Gyms
The interior features outpatient and inpatient rehab gyms, 42 patient rooms throughout (4) wings, private treatment rooms, day space, pharmacy, back/front of house kitchen/dining, reception, classroom, and offices.
Site Work
A modular block retaining wall was required to provide the correct grades for the dry detention pond. The outdoor therapy garden has synthetic turf, walkways of stamped/colored concrete, and a patio with structural steel canopies.
