Rycon constructed new Class A single-level tilt-up warehouses, ranging in size up to 505,000 sf.
Project Scope
Tilt-Up
Tilt-up panels, 27’ wide and 6” to 9¼” thick, were formed with knockouts for future openings. Panels reached 2,500 PSI compressive strength before erection. After erection, joist and deck installation followed, and panels were inspected, primed, and painted.
LEED Certified
These LEED Certified spec buildings feature an under-slab gas management system, 36’ ceilings, ESFR sprinklers, a fire pump, and site and utility prep.
