Project Scope

Design-Build
Rycon was the design-builder on a single-level warehouse for the production and manufacturing of a multi-national snack food company. Ware Malcomb was the architect.
Tilt-Up
The tilt-up structure houses offices and manufacturing/distribution areas.
Site Work
The scope included sprinkler system/fire protection, fire pump, utilities, and site prep work.
