Project Scope

Conversion
Rycon managed the transformation of a vacant anchor store into a new House of Sport, incorporating structural modifications while retaining much of the existing building framework.
Sports Venue
The immersive sports venue features an outdoor turf field and running track, a 30’ 360-degree rock-climbing wall, batting cage, hockey shop, golf hitting bays with TrackMan simulators, putting green, and a “House of Cleats”.
Repeat Client
