Project Scope

Dual Fit-Outs
Rycon completed two restaurant fit-outs within the Terminal D Extension. The work took place while the base building was still under construction and required coordination with three other general contractors fitting-out adjacent spaces.
Retail Dining
Sandella’s offers fast-casual flatbreads and coffee, while Flytes operates as a ghost kitchen with 10+ made-to-order brands.
Active Airport
Rycon managed complex logistics and scheduling within an active airport, coordinating with tenants and terminal operations. All personnel were badged, and materials screened by TSA before entering secure areas.
