Rycon constructed two new ground‑up, single‑story self-storage buildings in DeLand, FL.

The climate‑controlled CMU structures feature light‑gauge load‑bearing interior walls, cast‑in‑place concrete foundations, and metal panel roofing. Across both buildings, the project delivers 264 self‑storage lockers ranging from 5’x5′ to 10’x30′.

Scope included demolition, grading, utilities, metal panels, doors, frames, hardware, interior finishes, and MEP system installations.
