Project Scope

Multi-Building
This project consisted of two (2) ground-up, single-story buildings.
Climate-Controlled
The climate-controlled CMU structures have light gauge load bearing interior walls, cast-in-place concrete foundation, and metal panel roof.
264 Lockers
The project included 264 self-storage lockers ranging from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’. Work involved demo, grading, utilities, metal panels, doors, frames, hardware, interior finishes, and MEP systems
