Project Scope

Conversion
Rycon was responsible for the transformation of a vacant anchor store into a place for an athletic experience. An existing aging structure was dismantled carefully in planned phases and rebuilt while the remainder of the mall remained operational.
Sports Venue
This immersive sports venue includes a 20,000+ sf outdoor turf and track that converts to an ice rink, a 30’ rock wall, batting cage with HitTrax, golf simulators, hockey shop, putting green, and the rotating “House of Cleats” display.
