Project Scope

Demo & Build-Out
An existing grocery store was selectively demolished and built-out for The Fresh Market.
Refrigeration
Back-of-house work included food prep areas, kitchen, storage, and break room, a cooler and freezer for meat/seafood, and additional coolers for produce, bakery, floral, cold cooked foods, and bulk items.
Exterior Upgrades
New exterior items included a receiving platform, grease trap and storage, sanitary services, storefront, recycling bins, RTU’s, and condensing unit.
