Rycon converted a former two‑level department store at SouthPark Mall into the new Dick’s Sporting Goods House of Sport in Strongsville, OH.

The project included major structural upgrades, new entry elements, clerestory steel, climbing‑wall framing, façade improvements, site work for the outdoor field, and full interior MEP and finish upgrades. The result is an immersive sports venue designed to elevate the customer experience.
