Rycon continues its partnership with Total Wine & More, delivering a new 29,100 sf fit-out in Washington, DC. The team has completed projects across New York, Oklahoma, and Missouri, with additional locations currently underway nationwide.

Located on the first floor of a multi-story residential building, the project included demolition, structural work, finishes, and installation of refrigeration systems and specialty features. The space includes a wine education room, refrigerated wine cellar, walk-in beer cooler, and a climate-controlled humidor, with careful coordination required to route MEP systems within existing building constraints.
