A new addition to the Tallahassee skyline has reached an exciting milestone.

Leo Tallahassee Student Housing recently topped out, marking the completion of the building’s structural frame and a significant step forward for this 10-story, 575,600 sf development adjacent to Florida State University.

As construction continues, Leo moves closer to delivering 277 residential units totaling 782 beds, along with thoughtfully designed amenity spaces that will create a vibrant living experience for students.
