Project Scope

Fit-Out
This tenant improvement project involved a fit-out located on the first floor of a newly built multi-story apartment building.
Logistics Planning
Due to limited site access, coordination was required. Logistics played a key role in managing deliveries, material handling, and activities to maintain efficiency despite access constraints.
Refrigeration
Work encompassed demo, concrete, structural steel, finishes, overhead and auto-sliding doors, and refrigeration. The space features a wine education room, restrooms, refrigerated wine cellar, walk-in beer cooler, and a climate-controlled humidor.
