A new 6,100 sf equipment rental facility is now operational in Louisville, KY, constructed by Rycon.

The pre-engineered metal building features four overhead doors, an aluminum storefront, and dedicated spaces for a wash bay, repair shop, and office. The shop is equipped with exposed concrete slabs, exhaust systems, and specialty safety features to support heavy equipment service. Site development included an infiltration basin, fuel tank, charging stations, paving, and utilities.
