Rycon completed a 5,000 sf ground-up dormitory and support facility for IBEW Local Union 222 in Moore Haven, FL.

Built to support hurricane emergency repair efforts, the facility includes two sleeping quarters with a total of 32 beds, along with locker rooms, showers, a laundry room, and a shared kitchen and lounge. The space also serves as a training facility for linemen.

Site work also included utilities, paving, and dedicated RV parking pads to accommodate temporary housing during emergency and training events.
