Project Scope

Occupied Mid-Rise
This project entailed an interior build-out on the fourth floor of the occupied Star Metals Office Building.
Fit-Out
The scope of work included selective demolition, installation of new finishes, partitions, casework, and MEP systems to transform the existing white box into a functional showroom and office.
Office Interiors
The new layout features sophisticated design and accommodates a showroom, offices, meeting rooms, a library, coffee bar, break room, and restrooms.
