Project Scope

Renovation
Rycon completed a renovation to accommodate Excelitas Technologies, a R&D company specializing in innovative solutions in lighting, detection, and optical technologies.
Infrastructure Upgrades
Work included demo, MEP and HVAC system upgrades, installation of partitions and drywall, doors/frames/hardware, new finishes, extensive AV systems, and custom casework.
Craftworks USA
Key spaces include reception, boardroom, conference room, cafe with catering pantry, and lifestyle area. Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated custom cabinetry and countertops.
