Westin Hotel Lobby & Bill’s Bar & Burger

Project Scope

Renovation
This project involved a comprehensive renovation of a hotel lobby and an adjacent bar and grille.
Occupied
Work was phased for the hotel to remain operational during construction. Rycon led coordination efforts to maintain daily operations and occupant safety by strategic planning, utilizing temporary access routes, and following safety protocols.
Hospitality Upgrades
The three-story lobby atrium features a 33-foot natural green wall. Renovations included new lighting, check-in pods with an illuminated wall, paint, carpeting, and wall coverings. The 250-seat restaurant includes a 16-seat bar and an eight-seat sushi bar, with upgrades to both front- and back-of-house areas.
