Pro Bike + Run and Mixed-use Recreation

Project Scope

Adaptive Reuse
The adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse transformed the space into a mixed-use facility with three venues. Exterior upgrades included masonry restoration, new roof, and the addition of a 30’ x 30’ mechanical penthouse integrated into the existing wood structure to support two new RTUs.
Retail & Event Space
The top floor was converted into an event space featuring exposed beams, while the ground level houses Pro Bike + Run, utilizing former loading docks as operable glass storefronts.
Kitchen & BOH
The basement is home to CADENCE+ At The Strip, showcasing restored sandstone walls, exposed ceilings, and an aesthetics-only historic tunnel. Work included construction of a fully equipped back-of-house kitchen.
