Yosemite Nat’l Park Seven Tents at the Pavilion

Project Scope

Concurrent Renovation
This project involved the concurrent renovation of three distinct areas within a dining facility serving visitors at Yosemite National Park’s Curry Village.
Dining Upgrades
The first scope included the complete remodel of the dining room and food court, restroom upgrades, deck replacement, and fire alarm/sprinkler system enhancements. Renovated tenant spaces included Peet’s Coffee, Bar 1899, Pizza Deck, Meadow Grille, Jennie’s Ice Cream, and The Pavilion Servery. Additional work involved demolition, structural repairs, and reconstruction of shear walls, as well as build-out of the Peet’s Coffee shell space and associated utilities.
Occupied Facility
Throughout construction, Rycon carefully coordinated activities to maintain safety and minimize disruption to the ongoing Nature Bridge Program, held Thursday through Sunday.
