Project Scope

Renovation
A former rug store was renovated into an ice cream shop featuring a dining area, general seating, kids’ zone, restrooms, a service area with freezers, and a retail section.
MEP Upgrades
Work consisted of interior demo, new walls, ceiling, flooring, lighting, casework, and installation of new MEP systems.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s in-house Craftworks USA fabricated a laminate serving line and solid surface top, custom glass/metal sneeze guard, a custom laminate divider feature wall, and stone tops with metal bases at the windows. Rycon self-performed demo, drywall, finish carpentry, and installed doors, frames, and hardware.
