Project Scope

Renovation
Rycon provided preconstruction and construction management services for this extensive 25,000 sf renovation of the facility’s serving and seating areas.
Kitchen & BOH
The scope involved new food service equipment, MEP upgrades, and interior finish improvements such as new lighting, polished concrete floors, epoxy flooring in the back-of-house, and reclaimed siding for the interior walls.
Craftworks USA
Rycon’s Craftworks USA manufactured and shipped all custom millwork cabinetry, wooden wall panels, and countertops over 2,600 miles from their production facility near Pittsburgh.
