Project Scope

Fast-Track Schedule
Rycon completed this food service remodel on a fast-track schedule during the university’s summer recess.
Phased Renovation
The project was executed in planned phases to allow for renovations to proceed on more than half of the Lower Level of the Campus Center while maintaining functionality in adjacent areas.
Kitchen & BOH
The existing food service operation and all of its subordinate equipment and functions were removed and replaced. Rycon also created a new mail room, three offices, and a multipurpose area.
